What are the move-in costs and fees?
One-time fees include:

Is renters insurance required?
Yes. All residents are required to maintain renters insurance.
Monthly insurance costs include:
- Liability Coverage: $15
- Renters Insurance: $7

When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees begin on the 5th at 11:59 PM.
What is the pet policy?
Pets are not permitted at the property.
What is the decorating policy?
Residents are welcome to decorate using small tack holes and command strips. All decorations must be removed at move-out. Any damage should be repaired before move-out, or charges may be assessed.
What is the guest policy?
Residents may have up to 3 guests at a time. Guests may stay for up to 3 consecutive nights, with a maximum of 6 nights per month.
How can I request a roommate?
You can request a roommate directly on your housing application.
Do you offer roommate matching?
Yes! If you do not already have a roommate in mind, we offer roommate matching based on your application preferences.
What documents or information do I need to apply?
To complete your application, you’ll need to submit a completed application, provide the required information listed in the application, upload proof of income, and provide any additional documentation requested during the application process.
Do you run credit and background checks?
Yes. All primary residents are subject to a background check and income verification. Applicants who choose to self-qualify will also undergo a credit check. Guarantors are subject to a credit check and income verification.
Is parking available?
Parking is not available through the property.
How do I schedule a tour?
Tours can be scheduled through our website, by walking in, over the phone, or through a virtual tour option.
What should I bring to my new apartment?
Here are a few common items residents like to bring. This list is not required, but it can help you prepare for move-in.
- Kitchen: Small appliances, plates, cups, utensils, cooking supplies, cleaning products, food, and pantry items.
- Living Room: Pillows, blankets, games, and decorations.
- Bedroom: Bedding, sheets, clothing, a laundry basket, hangers, and a mattress topper.
- Bathroom: Towels, cleaning supplies, shower storage, a shower curtain for applicable bathrooms, and personal care items.

How are packages delivered?
Packages are delivered to our 24-hour security desk. Residents can pick up their packages directly from security once they have been delivered.
